INSIDE TU #15 – WARM-UP FOR 3 PLAYERS
In this video, we look at 3 great warm up exercises with 3 players.
1: 2 Players on one side, and 1 on the other. On the side with 2 players, 1 of the 2 players after 4 balls are hit they will run to the other side to join the player on their own. This cycle is repeated as directed by the coach.
2: 2 players on one side, 1 on the other. The player on their own will hit normal strokes, while the 2 players will switch sides as soon as the inside out stroke is hit from either side of the court.
3: Similar to the first exercise, except the player who runs to the other side will hit 3 strokes and then 1 volley before they make their way to the other side of the court.
