INSIDE TU #2 – WINNING SHOTS
+3 -1 is the name of the game in this point based drill for this edition of inside TU with coach Rob! Both players start with 10 points, with the drill coming to a close once a player reaches 0. A clean winner gives a player +3 points, while any ball hit as an error or unplayed is -1. This drill makes the players hit with more consideration for their shot selection in order to accumulate points, while minimizing errors accordingly. Hope you enjoy!
